As shared in previous posts, we are placing our required Non-Homestead Millage Renewal on the ballot for August 4, 2026. Whenever the non-homestead millage comes before the voters, there tends to be some confusion when understanding the non-homestead millage and how it differs in comparison to a traditional millage or a bond.
Our hope is that this short informational video can help clarify any misconceptions so that voters have all the correct information when heading to the polls on August 4.
