Dear Farley Hill Families,

Wow! I don’t know about you but I find it incredible to know that it is May already! While our days are sometimes long, the weeks are flying by. I hope that you and your families are well and that you have been able to enjoy being outdoors in this beautiful weather!

This week is Teacher Appreciation Week. I want to honor our classroom teachers, and our “at home teachers”. You are all doing a fabulous job and I am so proud of our entire school community!

We are currently continuing our online registration for KinderReady and Kindergarten. If you have a child that will be attending one of these programs in the fall, please go ahead and complete the online registration so that we can be sure to save a place and plan for staffing. If you have a child who will be ready for preschool, please use this link to register.

It has been wonderful to see so many students join for virtual Classroom Community Circle.  This is a wonderful opportunity for students to connect with their classmates and teacher.  I enjoy listening to each student share about the fun things they are doing, telling a riddle/joke or sharing about a book they are reading during these Zoom meetings.   Your child’s Classroom Community Circle is at the same time and day each week.  The credentials to access their zoom meeting for Community Circle is posted in your child’s Seesaw classroom.

This week's assignments for our students are posted in Seesaw.  Paper-pencil packets have been mailed.

Have a great week, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

Yvonne
