Watch DOGS volunteer

This week, parents/guardians were invited to PE class with their child. Mr. Goodfellow had students and a family member participate in activities to showcase the current skills being taught: team building, basketball and jump rope.

One of the after school clubs is Navigator Flight Club. Students learn everything about flight including things that fly and how those objects fly. This week, club members made wings as they were learning about how birds fly. Thank you to Mrs. Miles for facilitating this student led club.

Our 5th grade leadership team and PTO are collaborating and planning the talent show. A couple of students presented information about the upcoming event. The students were then asked to vote on 1 of 3 possible themes for the show. The students voted for an outer space theme for this year’s talent show.

Thank you Sherif Murphy for joining us on Tuesday through our Navigator Watch D.O.G.S. Program. We appreciate the community engagement and support of our school.

Good morning Pirates!
I apologize for this late notice, but trying to predict the weather and conditions for this storm has not been easy, but in the end, we feel that it is in the best interest to close school for today (1/25) as the road conditions are expected to only deteriorate throughout the day.
There will be no Latchkey services
So happy snow day Pirates and be safe out there.
