principal's message

Dear Parents and Guardians,

I hope that this finds you doing well. It is certainly a blustery day on the hill! We are entering a time of odd weather shifts, and I thought that I would remind you that it is always a bit cooler and more windy on our playground than it might be at home. Please have your child dress in layers so that they can be most comfortable at school.

I want to remind everyone that our Fall Festival is scheduled for tomorrow (Thursday, September 26) from 6:00-7:30. This is a free family event. I hope to see you there! As always, there will be extra parking available on the grass at the south end of our building.

I really enjoyed spending time with parents at our first coffee meeting of the year last week. I am looking forward to our next opportunity to visit on Tuesday, October 1. In addition to answering questions that you might have, I will be sharing information about all of the programs that we offer at Farley Hill through state and federal funding. There will be a second opportunity for parents and guardians to learn this information on Wednesday, October 2 at 3:30. If you are not able to attend these informal gatherings, you can access the Title I School-Wide Parent Involvement Plan on our building website.

Please be sure to let me know how I might be of assistance to you and your children at school. We are off to a great start!

Take care,
Yvonne
